"Purchased cookies on thurs april 17th afternoon. I purchased two of the candy egg brownie cookies my kids ate one of those that night. The next atfternoon I got a piece of those brownie cookies to share with my kids again and I noticed a huge piece of what I thought was glass I started panicking because we had already ate the cokiees! My kids and I! So I called my husband almost crying and showed him the cookie he called the store and they basically gave him attitude and told him why didnt we say anything when we bought the cookies that afternoon before. Im astonished the shard of huge plastic was embeded in the cookie We did not see it!!! By this time Im already on my way to the store when I get there Seth one of the workers told me it was not glass it was plastic which it does not make it any better he Just gave me a refund and told me his boss would call me I still have not received any call. I wonder how many people ate cookies with shards of plastic and don’t know. If an accident happened were plastic was involved that batch of dough should have been discarded!! To not risk peoples health."

"I don’t have sweet often but these cookies were so delicious. We stopped by to place an order and it was busy time. We were welcomed by the most organized and friendly staff. Their customer service was phenomenal. Ordered at their kiosk, super easy to navigate. Really quick service and soon we had our freshly bake goodness…we couldn’t wait to take a bite. The cookies are shareable sizes and we enjoyed the different toppings. This is a must try…especially for cookie lovers."

"The girl working was clearly overwhelmed. There were two other employees in back while she was handling the crowd alone. When we got in the car with our order we realized one of the cookies wasn't baked at all. It was just liquid in a paper cup. I felt bad for the girl but also annoyed because we had to throw away something we just paid for. I think they need a better system for evenings."
